Esto lo asever\u00f3 teniendo pleno conocimiento de que en las historias cl\u00ednicas constan los diagn\u00f3sticos y otros hechos por los cuales se les denuncia y que el Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses (<strong>INMLCF<\/strong>) estableci\u00f3 el nexo causal entre las lesiones sufridas por el beb\u00e9 al momento del parto, las lesiones de car\u00e1cter permanente que afectan al ni\u00f1o, y en cuanto al <strong>TROMBOEMBOLISMO PULMONAR<\/strong> que present\u00f3 la madre en el post-parto, el <strong>INMLCF <\/strong>ratific\u00f3 que el tratamiento m\u00e9dico dado en la <strong>CL\u00cdNICA REINA SOF\u00cdA KERALTY<\/strong> a la paciente <strong>NO FUE ADECUADO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"480\"
